At Berkeley Castle, we believe that no two weddings should be the same and that you deserve to have the day you’ve always dreamed of. Our experienced and friendly team of wedding co-ordinators are on hand from the first visit through to the big day itself to ensure your day is perfect.
With exclusive use available to you, the whole venue & grounds are yours for the day with freedom as to how you wish to use the fantastic, medieval Castle. Whether you want to host a drinks reception and take in the stunning views from our Gun Terrace or relax by the roaring fire of the Drawing Room with live music playing, it is the ideal venue in every season.
If you’ve always had your heart set on a church service, the stunning St. Mary’s Church is just a stones throw from the Castle. The parish vicar would be delighted to meet with you and discuss a potential service at St. Mary’s.
The Castle is licensed to hold civil ceremonies in several rooms. Our charming Drawing Room is ideal for a smaller, more intimate ceremony while the spectacular Great Hall comfortably houses upto 130 guests. The Castle can accommodate 130 for a seated wedding breakfast and 180 for the evening’s celebrations.

We have DJed to diverse crowds for over 10 years and know how to fill a dancefloor. We always work closely with our clients before the event to make up a stella playlist of your favourite tracks, family favourites and requests.
We are not the cheapest DJs so if your looking for the best deal most of the time we can't help. We use RCF speakers with Pioneer cdjs or Traktor controllers. Our lighting will always be designed around the venue and we have absolutely no problem playing over the booked time slot if you want to keep the party going into the early hours. We have DJed for Danny Dyer, the cast of TOWIE & Made In Chelsea and we have also played alongside Calvin Harris and Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim. We are not part time events DJs, this is our full time job and we love what we do!
Music Choices - We will gladly work to a playlist provided in advance, play from genres or decades that you select, or use our extensive musical knowledge, and our database of thousands of tracks, to select the music most suited to your event – as well as responding to requests on the night.
Timing Is Everything - All aspects of our involvement are carefully coordinated to provide a discreet and efficient service. You can rely on our technical team and DJ to arrive and set up at the agreed hours so that everything is ready in plenty of time for the music to begin.
Leave The Rest To Us - We have DJed in Castles in Scotland, at Pacha in Ibiza, for Jamiroquai in Cornwall and for Hedkandi in Brighton. The biggest day of your life is in safe hands. Once the first dance is over just relax and join the party!
