Highcliffe Castle is the premier wedding venue on the South Coast.  As the most important surviving house of the Romantic and Picturesque style of architecture the Grade 1 listed castle is a truly magical wedding venue.  You will be hard pressed to find a more stunning setting for you and your guests or a more majestic backdrop for your wedding photos. The natural beauty of the magnificent Wintergarden will be a perfect setting for your wedding vows.  You and your guests can then enjoy celebratory drinks on the landscaped lawns or perhaps a short walk down the cliff top path for pictures on the beach.

For your reception you can choose between the Great Hall or the State Dining Room.  The exposed brickwork and stunning views in the State Dining Room provides a romantic and intimate setting for up to 80 guests.  The Great Hall, as it’s name suggests, can hold over a hundred people.  You and your guests can marvel at 16th Century Jesse stained-glass window and sit just where Mr Selfridge once sat!

Sundown Sounds wedding DJ or bands can keep everyone dancing in The Drawing Room while those less willing to show off their dance moves can remain at their tables or enjoy exploring the Castle grounds.

We have DJed to diverse crowds for over 20 years and know how to fill a dancefloor. We always work closely with our clients before the event to make up a stella playlist of your favourite tracks, family favourites and requests.

Music Choices -  We will gladly work to a playlist provided in advance, play from genres or decades that you select, or use our extensive musical knowledge, and our database of thousands of tracks, to select the music most suited to your event – as well as responding to requests on the night.

Timing Is Everything - All aspects of our involvement are carefully coordinated to provide a discreet and efficient service. You can rely on our technical team and DJ to arrive and set up at the agreed hours so that everything is ready in plenty of time for the music to begin.

Leave The Rest To Us - We have DJed in Castles in Scotland, at Pacha in Ibiza, for Jamiroquai in Cornwall and for Hedkandi in Brighton. The biggest day of your life is in safe hands. Once the first dance is over just relax and join the party!
