A fantastic wedding venue in the heart of Southampton.

Steeped in history and dating back more than 600 years, the grade II listed Mercure Southampton Dolphin Hotel is one of the oldest wedding venues in Southampton, and the oldest hotel in the city. This hotel was first established in 1550 and has a fascinating history. Shakespeare and company performed plays in the inn yard, Thomas Hardy refers to it in Trumpet Major and Jane Austen danced here at Assembly Balls at two stages in her life (arranged by Florence Nightingale’s mother). The hotel was rebuilt in 1775 to accommodate spa visitors and it supposedly has the biggest bay windows in England; Thackeray sat in one of them to write Pendennis.

We have DJed to diverse crowds for over 20 years and know how to fill a dancefloor. We always work closely with our clients before the event to make up a stella playlist of your favourite tracks, family favourites and requests.

You love the new David Guetta thats playing on Radio 1 but your mum is a massive Michael Jackson fan? No problem, we love mixing the old with the new, cutting in a few remixes and keeping the dancefloor guessing. We are all mix DJs so you know the music will keep flowing like all night long.

We don't have dj packages to chose from, every booking is different and we price it this way. We are not the cheapest DJs so if your looking for the best deal most of the time we can't help. We use RCF speakers with Pioneer cdjs or Traktor controllers. Our lighting will always be designed around the venue and we have absolutely no problem playing over the booked time slot if you want to keep the party going into the early hours. We have DJed for Danny Dyer, the cast of TOWIE & Made In Chelsea and we have also played alongside Calvin Harris and Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim. We are not part time events DJs, this is our full time job and we love what we do! We have worked in Hampshire providing DJ services for over 10 years and have played at many venues including The Manor House, Westgate Hall, The Harbour Hotel, Mercure Southampton, Revolutions Bar & The Hilton.
