Located in Essex, within one of the country’s oldest deer parks, Parklands is the perfect setting for your wedding celebrations. The venue can be exclusively yours for your wedding day, allowing you and your guests to have a wonderful, private event.

Parklands is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships in both indoor and outdoor locations. The venue also boasts elegant reception rooms and banqueting suites to accommodate every stage of your day in style.

The stunning setting makes the venue ideal for weddings all year round. The gorgeous grounds provide a charming backdrop for reception drinks and canapés in the summer, while the log fire is cosy and inviting in the colder winter months.

Whatever you have in mind for your day, be it a small, intimate affair or an extravagant celebration, Parklands is perfect for your event. The stunning, silk-lined pavilion is adjoined to the house and can hold up to 650 guests. We welcome outside caterers for religious or cultural purposes and requirements.

Our beautiful bridal pavilion within the deer park is available for you, complete with a fantastic car to take you to the mansion. We also have an additional 21 rooms within the grounds for any of your overnight wedding guests.

Sundown Sounds can help you add the wow-factor to your day by offering extra details such as photo booths, dance floors, illuminated LOVE letters, uplighting and even casino tables!
