The Kings Oak is an award winning venue in the heart of Epping Forest, Essex bordering Hertfordshire.  The impressive venue offers couples something a little different to traditional wedding venues and has the wow factor!

Kings Oak is surrounded by the natural beauty of Epping Forest, boasting fabulous views and photo opportunities from every spot in the venue.

We have three fabulous function suites that are licensed to hold civil ceremonies; each room is individually designed and finished to the highest standard. Alternatively, if you would prefer to marry in a church, the beautiful Church of the Holy Innocents is just under a mile away.

We  have state-of-the-art sound  lighting equipment to create the perfect Essex wedding party space  Our kings room holds 120 seated 200 standing. For larger weddings we can open the bi-folding doors to adjoining starlit beach club marquee and can cater for 200 guests for your sit down meal (across both rooms) and 300 standing. Fully air-conditioned which is perfect for summer weddings.

For a more traditional civil ceremony, our Victorian Oak Lounge boasts stunning views over the beautiful Epping Forest Through it’s tall windows. This elegant Victorian room with ornate high ceilings, complete with chandeliers, can accommodate 65 seated guests for your ceremony or wedding breakfast and 80 for the evening. Our starlit Beach Club Marquee is a more exotic choice for your ceremony and can accommodate up to 125 guests For ceremony and 80 guests seated for your wedding breakfast Or party.The marquee overlooks the private walled Pool Gardens, which boasts a tiki bar, Marbella-inspired champagne beds and furniture and a 100 ft. art deco lido With original 1920s fountain and is  a perfect backdrop for your wedding pictures with the backdrop of the Forest. The terrace that overlooks the pool is perfect for reception drinks and canapés in summer months. Pool & Gardens can be hired as part of your wedding package and our exclusive KO Royale package is best option.

We have DJed to diverse crowds in Brighton for over 20 years and know how to fill a dancefloor. We always work closely with our clients before the event to make up a stella playlist of your favourite tracks, family favourites and requests.

You love the new David Guetta thats playing on Radio 1 but your mum is a massive Michael Jackson fan? No problem, we love mixing the old with the new, cutting in a few remixes and keeping the dancefloor guessing. We are all mix DJs so you know the music will keep flowing like all night long.

We don't have dj packages to chose from, every booking is different and we price it this way. We are not the cheapest DJs so if your looking for the best deal most of the time we can't help. We use RCF speakers with Pioneer cdjs or Traktor controllers. Our lighting will always be designed around the venue and we have absolutely no problem playing over the booked time slot if you want to keep the party going into the early hours. We have DJed for Hedkandi Brighton, The Honey Club Brighton, Danny Dyer, the cast of TOWIE & Made In Chelsea and we have also played alongside Calvin Harris and Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim.
